A hectic life full of stress and worry can impact significantly on your physical and emotional wellbeing. This week is designed for you to explore how to find calmness from within and to give you confidence to deal with stress in a positive way.
Escape for a week in the tranquility of the Croatian mountains to discover your Calm Connection and return home equipped to enjoy life to the full.
You’ll discover a way to bring your body and mind into harmonious balance and guide you towards improved health and happiness.
Your stay will include:
- Daily gentle Pilates programme (6 days)
- Guided relaxation sessions
- Group sessions where you’ll create your own personal Calm Connection Guide
- Opportunity for one to one therapy sessions if required (payable on location)
- Plenty of free time for you to fill with your own activities that will Feed Your Soul
This retreat is run in conjunction with Transitions Retreats who will provide you with comfortable accommodation, home cooked food, local drinks and options to enjoy music, dance, conversation, meditative walks and plenty of time to relax and swim in the pool in addition to the daily workshops outlined above.
All of this is included in the price of £799.
