This programme begins with an assessment and planning session after which we will work through my APPEAR® System to create a plan discuss of positive changes that will get you where you want to be. The length of your programme will be decided upon your need identified at the assessment session.
Each programme is tailored specifically for you though at the heart of each programme, I use a technique called BWRT® to help you bring about great changes in how you think feel and act.
Brain Working Recursive Therapy®’, (BWRT®) is a model of psychology and psychotherapy created by UK professional therapist, Terence Watts, MCGI. Unlike many other modern therapies, it allows a ‘core of privacy’ so that you do not have to divulge anything you would rather not talk about – in fact, the practitioner only needs to know how you feel and how you would prefer to feel instead.
