Emotional stress and anxiety can create tension in our muscles (part of our fight or flight response) which will impact on how our muscles can function and, consequently, how easily you can move.
During your initial assessment session we help identify the cause of your problem and develop a programme to address this to help you get you back to living an active pain free life.
