We offer a selection of classes delivered by Sandra Lamb, a Chartered Physiotherapist.
With the aim to accommodate everyone’s needs.

Pilates is a body and mind exercise programme which, when practised regularly, helps you to:

  • improve your posture, strength and flexibility
  • improve recovery after back pain
  • prevent future episodes of pain or recurring injuries.
  • feel more relaxed
  • improve your sleep
  • keep you active
  • improve your sporting performance

Join us from your own home for regular live scheduled Pilates classes delivered via zoom:

Regular weekly time slots for your class:
Monday 2pm, Tuesday 6.30pm and/or Thursday 10am
Work on improving strength, balance and flexibility
Class includes a short relaxation session
Option to have your video on/off while exercising
Opportunity to speak to instructor regarding any concerns or issues

Monthly membership options : one class per week ( Bronze Membership) or attendance at multiple class per week (Silver membership options)

Bronze Membership : £20 monthly- one scheduled weekly class.
Silver Standard Membership: £35 monthly – access to all three weekly classes
Silver Prime Membership: £100 per quarter – discounted rate, access to all three weekly classes
Gold membership details to be announced soon.

Specialist One to One Assessment and Personal Pilates Training sessions.

Pilates is a really helpful programme to address ongoing back pain, however it’s really important to ensure that this is introduced at the correct time in your recovery. If you are recovering from an injury or on going pain it may be approriate for you to begin your Pilates rehabilitation with a one to one assessment session. This is will take place at the BodyMind Solutions Studio, Westmoor Farm Rainham, ME8 8QF.
