Beginners Introductory  Pilates Course  

Looking to strengthen your body, improve flexibility, and enhance your overall well-being? Join our 6-Week Pilates Programme for Beginners starting Tuesday, 1st October at 10 AM at Palmarsh Village Hall, Hythe. CT21 6NG

This course, led by Sandra Hughes,  a highly experienced physiotherapist, is designed to gently introduce you to Pilates, providing you with the foundation needed to join a regular class. It’s perfect if you’re new to Pilates or looking to get back into exercise in a supportive, welcoming environment.

 

Programme Details: 🗓 Starts: Tuesday, 1st October at 10 AM
Location: Palmarsh Village Hall, Hythe CT21 6NG
Cost: £65 for the 6-week programme
Note: Screening for suitability may be required.

This courses prepares you for joining an ongoing Pilates Class which will continue once the course is concluded.

Join us ONLINE for regular live scheduled Pilates classes delivered via zoom:

55min class
Regular weekly time slots for your class:
Monday 2pm, Tuesday 6.30pm and/or Thursday 10am
Work on improving strength, balance and flexibility
Class includes a short relaxation session
Option to have your video on/off while exercising
Opportunity to speak to instructor regarding any concerns or issues

Monthly membership options : one class per week ( Bronze Membership) or attendance at multiple class per week (Silver membership options)

Prices:
Bronze Membership : £20 monthly- one scheduled weekly class.
Silver Standard Membership: £35 monthly – access to all three weekly classes
Silver Prime Membership: £100 per quarter – discounted rate, access to all three weekly classes
Gold membership details to be announced soon.

Pilates is a really helpful programme to address ongoing back pain, however it’s really important to ensure that this is introduced at the correct time in your recovery. If you are recovering from an injury or on going pain it may be appropriate for you to begin your Pilates rehabilitation with a one to one assessment session.
